There are some ways to get involved with the community surrounding F-IRE. Frequent educational opportunities exist, notably the F-IRE creative jazz workshops, samba courses and 'professional' samba group (for musicians and teachers) and occasional courses and presentations that range from Funky String playing to the 'Wot is?' series for under 10's. The artists in F-IRE often travel to present linked workshops and performances.
